When adding an additional company as a second division here is a simple check list to follow to make sure all files are properly setup

  • Have Operations add an additional division Letter
  • Admin \System Setting \¬†Company¬†and fill out company name, address, email, and latitude and longitude of starting location of service routes
  • Send company logo to be converted to a fomat to be placed on division letterhead and work orders
  • Assign the division code to each user who will have edit capability to customers and sites assigned to that division code. Admin \ User Permission. Add division code to each user
  • Please add a cusotmer , Site and do test generation of work orders and invoices to make sure all reference files and defaults are set properly for the new division
