How to populate email addresses
TAC support several email address’s
•Login address and signature line, i.e., email sender
•Site master has 2 email address’s
•Customer Master has 2 email address’s
•Driver email address
•Other emails for sites and customers
Login address and signature line
This address is found in the Admin\Permissions form. Each TAC login has an email address and a formatted signature box. Just select the login name, select edit and fill in the form. When email is populated the from address will automatically be populated by user.
The site master has 2 email addresses on the site tab. They are located in the lower right hand corner of the form in box labeled Invoicing Address with prompt Email and Email 2. These will automatically be placed in all the pull down menu options for to email address on the email form.
The Customer master has 2 email addresses on the Customer tab. They are located in the form in box labeled “Invoicing Address” with prompt Email -1 and Email – 2. These will automatically be placed in all the pull down menu options for to email address on the email form.
This is populated in reference file 31 – driver name / code. Just edit the file and populate the field email address for each driver. This is used in the form when sending emails to drivers from within TAC
Other emails for site and customers
We suggest you create a site or customer note with code “EMAIL” and place the email address in the note. This can be retrieved as needed form any of the notes management searches for reports by selected code “EMAIL”
